Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and materials.
• Ensure construction schedules are maintained and updated.
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, field reports, and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and architects.
• Coordinate site logistics and manage deliveries to minimize disruption.
• Resolve issues during construction in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
