Job summary

You will communicate with project teams, adjust plans with project managers, and maintain logs and compliance; OSHA 30 required within 90 days; 5+ years of hands-on construction and 2+ years field management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience.
• 2+ years of field management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification (within 90 days).
• Intermediate ability to read construction drawings & specifications.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with small construction equipment.
• CPR & First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and self-perform teams to avoid conflicts and maintain workflow.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and sequencing plans.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for field activity coordination.
• Provide direction to foremen or crew leads through influence, not direct reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration among multiple teams on site.
• Communicate upcoming needs or schedule changes to subcontractors, operations managers, and project managers.
• Work with project managers to adjust field plans based on scope changes.
