All American Windows and Doors is seeking a Field Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager to oversee on-site construction in the Tampa, FL area. This role leads a team of workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will enforce safety standards, monitor progress, manage resources, and coordinate documentation and communication with clients and regulators. A hands-on leader with PM software experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing field construction sites and coordinating teams.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in construction.
• Experience with PM software and on-site documentation.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or First Aid/CPR are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and specs are met.
• Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers; provide direction and motivation.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor progress and inspect work quality against design specifications.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and tools; optimize resources.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate on-site documentation including daily reports and change orders.
• Review and approve project expenses and subcontractor payments.
