Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 11+ years of progressively complex engineering experience.
• Extensive leadership skills including organizing, planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Manages activities, work schedules and priorities of assigned staff; ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Represents the organization with customers to effectively plan field installations, repairs and spares inventories.
• Develops and implements systems to track repairs and spares inventories; analyzes data to monitor usage and anticipate needs.
• Develops and executes solutions to complex technical problems and issues per contract specs.
• Provides on-site software/firmware installation and configuration support for customers.
