Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy field resources to meet customer and business metrics.
• Forecast regional resource needs and develop short and long-range plans based on forecasts and commitments.
• Coordinate recruitment and resource development through advanced level training.
• Collaborate with high level stakeholders and ensure project approaches are aligned.
