Qualifications

• 5+ years remodeling, construction, installation or service experience preferred.
• Strong experience with windows, doors, baths, and showers.
• Proficient with window/door capping, caulking, trim work, and basic carpentry.
• Knowledge of minor plumbing and bathroom repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair warranty/service issues involving windows, doors, baths, and showers
• Troubleshoot air/water infiltration, leaks, seal failures, operational issues, and installation concerns
• Perform window and door adjustments, repairs, capping, caulking, and trim work
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and plumbing repairs
• Perform accurate onsite measurements and inspections
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customers' homes
• Provide outstanding customer service and clearly communicate repair solutions
