Job summary

Hawaii Engineering Services is seeking a field service technician to install, calibrate, diagnose, and repair wastewater equipment across Oahu and surrounding areas. The role involves on-site work at customer sites, performing both routine maintenance and urgent repairs, with a focus on safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical training, 1–2 years in an industrial setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical field required.
• 2+ years in industrial repair/service preferred.
• Strong customer service and time management skills required.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver8 license and forklift ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, configure, test, maintain, and repair wastewater equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Review customer documentation to prepare for startup or service.
• Provide on-site training and professional customer support.
• Maintain on-site reports and documentation for Service Manager.
