Job summary

YSI Incorporated in Green Bay, Wisconsin is looking for a Sr. Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining submersible pumps efficiently. With 3-5 years of relevant experience and advanced electrical knowledge, you will ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while fostering relationships with customers. This full-time role allows you to grow professionally with a range of benefits including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in wastewater systems.
• Advanced knowledge of 12v to 480v electrical systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA controls and MODBUS communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair submersible pumps.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment following EHS&S guidelines.

Skills

Electro/Mechanical technical training

Equipment maintenance experience
