Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairs or replaces defective parts on machinery/equipment and tests to diagnose failures.
• Disassembles components, cleans parts and maintains proper documentation for service reports.
• Prepares repair estimates and substantiates quotes; ensures accuracy for service accounting.
• Monitors job expenses and updates lead on cost overruns; leads when required.
• Operates dealer computer systems for work orders and documentation.
• Maintains required tools and adheres to safety and company standards.
• Keeps knowledge current with industry changes and company literature.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
