Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks an experienced field technician to test, inspect and troubleshoot electrical distribution equipment across Florida and the Southeast.

You will perform start-ups, commissioning, outages response, and mentor junior techs (Level III/IV). A valid driver's license and travel up to 75% are required; NETA Level II/III/IV certification and 2–5+ years of field testing are essential.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification required.
• 2-5+ years of field testing experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA safety practices.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% and work overnights out of town.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

This is a field role testing and maintaining power distribution equipment for industrial, commercial and utility customers across Florida and the Southeast.
