Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking highly-skilled craftsmen to join a growing team of professionals. You will perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial projects, manage customer expectations, and help grow the business by delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes independence, PPE usage, and providing top-quality workmanship. Applicants should live in the Cumberland County/Mechanicsburg area, bring 8+ years of hands-on handyman experience, own tools, and be able to pass

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance & repairs for home and commercial projects, ranging from two hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to explain what needs to be done and manage scope and costs.
• Build lifelong customer relationships by delivering a great experience.”

Benefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall. The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
