Job summary

Rees Scientific is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform advanced installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of environmental monitoring systems in regulated settings. You will lead complex service calls, diagnose non-routine issues, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO standards while traveling extensively.

The role requires strong IT and networking skills, excellent documentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences or related field.
5–7 years of progressively responsible field service experience in technical or regulated settings.
Experience with GMP, FDA or ISO environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair environmental monitoring systems.
Lead complex service calls with advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and apply corrective actions.
Document service activities, calibrations and work orders accurately.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
