Job summary

Alatas Americas is seeking a Senior Service Technician based in the Pacific Northwest to diagnose, repair, and overhaul mobile mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic crane equipment at customer sites.

You will travel regularly, order parts, and document findings for management while communicating with customers. Requires 2–5 years' hands-on experience and valid rigging/driving credentials. Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related experience or training preferred in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Maritime industries.
• PLC troubleshooting / programming highly preferred.
• Experience with crane servicing and heavy equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms to prevent malfunctions or damage.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems and diesel engines.
• Test equipment after repair to ensure proper performance.
