Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, technical training preferred.

• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists.
• Rigs and installs new cranes and hoists; supports complex repairs.
• Mentor junior technicians and communicate clearly with customers.
