Job summary

BHE Compression Services is seeking a skilled technician for compression operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting field teams in safety and efficiency.

You will mentor peers and ensure compliance with procedures while adapting to remote locations and varying conditions. Applicants should have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and experience with engines or heavy machinery, plus the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude and experience in engines, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to recognize and resolve complex operating issues in an assigned specialty and share knowledge with others.
• Knowledge of operator qualification regulations and ability to evaluate others' skill proficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance related to compression and subsystems; provides operations problem resolution support.
• Acts as a functional specialist and provides on-the-job training for other technicians.
• Oversees projects within one's functional expertise and evaluates others for qualifications.
