Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in industrial, HVAC, elevator, hydraulic, heavy equipment, marine, rail, utility, or telecom equipment.
• Advanced proficiency reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic layouts.
• Deep familiarity with PLC programming, industrial controls, and fault-finding processes.
• Strong working knowledge of US safety and operational codes (NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, OSHA).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex diagnostics into clear documentation.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze technical information and craft expert-level insights.
• Previous experience authoring technical service reports or instructions is a plus.
