Job summary

Xylem is a Fortune 500 water technology company seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and manage parts inventory while interfacing directly with customers across multiple systems and locations.

The role requires 2–5 years of technical work experience in industrial or commercial process water, with a focus on safety and independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain all required clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Work experience preferred, 2–5 years in technical roles including process water.
• Industrial or commercial field service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

• Copy of Driver's License
• Copy of Medical Certificate

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)

Skill Requirements:

Pay Rate & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is $25-$28 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
