Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and identifying and correcting safety issues on both company and customer-owned equipment. This position requires direct customer interaction and may include assignments at multiple locations and across different systems or technologies.

Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 to 5 years of technical experience in field service, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems
- Ability to obtain customer-specific clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA)
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion systems (varies by business unit)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile smart devices
- Prior customer-facing experience strongly preferred
- Must demonstrate strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel required - Up to 10%

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is
$22 to $28. Starting pay is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and work location. At
