Donaldson is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair dust collection systems across multiple industries with a focus on the southeastern district including GA. The role is based in LaGrange, GA with 25% overnight travel.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of maintenance, repair or related experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine scheduled, unscheduled preventative maintenance and general maintenance services on industrial ventilation systems and other filtration equipment.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication via phone, computer, and face-to-face.
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact.
• Continually enforce safety to the highest standards.
• Work in diverse conditions including exposure to industrial noise, weather, heights on ladders and aerial lifts, airborne dust and debris and electrical work.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs, and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
• Maintain service records using field service management software and computer.
• Maintain inventory in stock room and service trucks.
