Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Field Service Technician III to manage and execute field service projects, including cleaning and transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste. You will supervise technicians, perform hands-on tasks in various conditions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.

You will operate a range of equipment, perform confined space entry, and coordinate with the Operations Manager. A valid CDL and regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience or completed Technician II Reworld training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Endorsement (T) Tanker or (X) Hazmat may be required depending on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the Field Service Technicians.
• Lead field service technicians and perform labor-intensive activities in all weather conditions.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager for each project.
• Mentor, train, and develop Field Service technicians.
• Operate equipment (pressure washers, hand trucks, forklifts, power tools) with minimal supervision.
• Drive trucks and trailers as needed.
• Operate forklifts, vacuum equipment and other machinery for chemical, oil, and water spill responses.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport waste to designated locations while complying with DOT regulations.
• Inspect truck equipment and secure cargo before/during transport.
• Perform tank cleaning and decontamination tasks; confined space work as required.
• Complete required documentation, manifests, and driver logs.
