Job summary

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) seeks a Field Service Representative III to support the USMC fielding program and provide advanced technical support across multiple system variants. The role involves installation, maintenance, NET delivery, and lifecycle sustainment in diverse environments.

The candidate will operate in garrison and austere settings, travel ~20% annually, and lead technical efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of maintenance and repair experience on advanced military electronic systems.
• Working knowledge of EW, RF, and military communications.
• Experience with diagnostics, fault isolation, and component replacement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination.
• Proficiency with CMPro, MS Office, and Adobe apps is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME technical support for MAPS, DAPS, and DMS variants.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems in field and shop.
• Inspect, issue, recover, and track system components per procedures.
• Verify SL3-compliant system readiness on receipt and after recovery.
• Perform operational checks, fault isolation, and configuration updates.
• Support installation and recovery of systems and equipment.
• Deliver NET to Marines and end users on operation and maintenance.
• Document logistics actions and asset accountability in CMPro.
• Coordinate with project officers, OEMs, engineers, and Marines.
• Support test, fielding, and sustainment events.
