Role Overview

As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, leading by example, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring operational excellence. You will service equipment on-site using a company-provided van and advanced diagnostic tools, supporting industries such as warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service forklifts, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs with precision, ensuring maximum uptime.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Engage with customers to provide technical support and service recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in material handling, heavy equipment, or automotive industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Preferred ASE Certification; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license for operating the company van.
