Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative in Albuquerque, NM to support customers across New Mexico and nearby areas. This travel-based role installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical switchgear systems at diverse sites such as industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 3+ years testing, troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.
• No relocation; reside within 100 miles of Albuquerque, NM area.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical switchgear on site.
• Support customers through startup, commissioning, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently; lead FSR teams on larger jobs.
• Generate accurate service reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor junior technicians and use digital tools for remote work
