Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative in Albuquerque, NM to support customers across New Mexico and El Paso, TX. This travel-based role installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical switchgear at industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure sites.

The position includes a company vehicle, guaranteed 40-hour workweek, and opportunities for overtime, tuition assistance, and career growth through mentorship and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher with electrical/mechanical experience or trade school with 5+ years experience evaluating/servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence within 100 miles of work location; active duty military exempt from area limitation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical switchgear systems at industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure sites.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers on assigned projects for electrical equipment.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including equipment testing, material testing, process studies or research investigations.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance and warranties.
• Commit to a 40-hour base pay with overtime and travel premiums.
