Job summary

Everllence seeks a Field Service Operations Superintendent Engineer to lead field teams responsible for diesel engines and turbochargers on ships and power plants. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure safe, high-quality service across regions.

Expect extensive travel, training duties, and collaboration with sales for new opportunities while maintaining rigorous safety and reporting standards in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Basic knowledge of control systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Sound knowledge of diesel engines, turbochargers, and related equipment.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage field teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, repairs, overhauls and modernization of engines and turbochargers on vessels and power plants.
• Provide technical advice, training, and service program information to customers.
• Direct and supervise outside contractors performing engine work.
• Report service activities and upload documentation within two days of job completion.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high-quality service, coordinating with sales and workshop teams.
