FALCATA seeks a Field Service Engineer to be based in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will act as a technical bridge between engineering resources and operators, supporting several program projects concurrently on-site.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, system diagrams, and test plans; adapting to testing shifts and coordinating with the team under time constraints. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in a technical on-site role as a Group 3-5 RPA or General Aviation Special Mission Aircraft Field Engineer.
• Experience in ISR systems operational sustainment; avionics, communication systems, mission payloads, or other subsystems with limited resources.
• Experience with initial integration and configuration of mission system hardware/software subsystems.
• Strong understanding and application of using test equipment, for troubleshooting such as Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Oscilloscope, and multimeter.
• Independent ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and organize multiple management tasks simultaneously according to project importance.
