Job summary
ChargeTronix in Tustin, California, is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to serve as the technical authority for field service operations and advanced troubleshooting of charging systems. You will support internal Field Service Technicians, diagnose complex issues, and lead root cause investigations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in field service engineering or EV chargers. Desirable face includes skills in electrical troubleshooting, networking, and experience with Linux.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in field service engineering or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of OCCP as it relates to EV chargers.
- Experience with Linux and firmware updates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex issues affecting DC fast charging systems.
- Lead root cause investigations for recurring field failures.
- Mentor and train Field Service Engineers on troubleshooting techniques.
