Job summary

HMH is seeking a Field Service Technician to safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated drilling systems on onshore/offshore rigs. You will interpret engineering drawings, train customers and rig crews on safe operation, and support a strong HSE program while building customer relationships.

• Minimum of 2.5 years in a technical or field services role.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE).
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Service Manager on daily management and long-range stewardship.
• Travels to customer sites to test and repair equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting and perform equipment installation.
• Attend to customer needs and ensure equipment is functional.
• Lead and participate in safety programs and ensure proper documentation and handovers.
