Dürr Field Service – Automotive Paint Shop Systems is seeking a customer-facing Field Service Specialist to support North America's most advanced automotive paint shops and final assembly facilities.

You will troubleshoot, commission, test, and optimize equipment at customer sites, travel up to 50% across the US and Canada, and work closely with customers to improve reliability and performance. If you thrive in hands-on engineering and customer-facing roles, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or similar.
• Experience with automotive paint shop systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication.
• Willing to travel ~50% US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and field service for Dürr equipment.
• Start-up, commissioning, testing, and optimize systems.
• Respond to emergency service requests and remote support.
• Prepare service documentation and reports.
• Travel ~50% across US and Canada.
• Coordinate contractors during installations.
• Manage spare parts recommendations and deliveries.
• Develop aftermarket upgrade proposals.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
