Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint shop/final assembly systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial automation or manufacturing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing field service activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dürr equipment, installations and spare parts preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and work overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and field service for Dürr paint shop and final assembly equipment.
• Perform start-up, commissioning, testing, and system optimization at customer facilities.
• Respond to emergency service requests and provide remote technical support when needed.
• Develop and support aftermarket proposals for equipment upgrades, modifications, and refurbishment.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors during installations and service activities.
• Manage spare parts recommendations, emergency deliveries, and equipment health assessments.
• Prepare service documentation and reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 50% throughout the United States and Canada.
