Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience in sales/athletic background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Master our sales process within six months, with a goal of rapid personal and team expansion.
• Mentor new team members by sharing strategies for success and leadership.
• Lead, innovate, and push the boundaries of sales excellence in supplemental insurance.
• Schedule and manage daily/weekly tasks with minimal supervision while achieving targets.
