What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will manage complex, high-profile accounts. Your understanding of business, financials, and market needs will enable you to negotiate product/service terms with broad authority, significantly contributing to our business growth.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and create account plans to meet those demands
  • Manage relationships with key and high-value accounts
  • Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for large accounts
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets through strategic planning
  • Lead small teams or projects within sales
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics for improvement

  • Identify and leverage market opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling enterprise software applications
  • Strong strategic sales planning skills
  • Proficiency in handling complex negotiations
  • Experience managing and growing high-value accounts
  • Advanced sales analytics skills
  • Leadership abilities to mentor junior team members
  • Deep knowledge of market trends and competitors
  • Ability to develop customized client solutions
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and analytics tools
