Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Field Technician IV for Sabine Pass, TX. This hands-on, field-based safety role emphasizes permit office activities, hazard identification and safety leadership within a large industrial plant environment.

You will coach and mentor employees and contractors, lead safety walks and toolbox talks, and support incident investigations. Required: OSHA 30, OSHA 510 or higher, TWIC, and a valid state driver’s license; 10 years in safety on large projects and strong communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of safety-related experience on large projects with high workforce volumes.
• Experience with work permitting, elevated work, crane lifts, confined spaces, excavation, and lockout/tagout.
• Experience in hazard identification, safety walks, toolbox talks, and incident investigation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field safety support and leadership on site.
• Coaching employees and contractors to promote a safe work culture.
• Support permit and hazard identification activities, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety communications and training across large, fast-paced projects.
