Job summary

A leading engineering services company is seeking a Field Technician IV – Field Safety Technician to support operations at the Golden Pass LNG Terminal in Sabine Pass, Texas. The role includes significant fieldwork and managing essential safety functions. Candidates must have at least a decade of relevant experience, be OSHA certified, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring safety compliance and promotes a robust safety culture in a high-paced working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Safety-related role (Industrial, LNG, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Construction preferred).
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certification (or higher-level safety training).
• Strong work permitting experience (elevated work, crane lifts, confined space, excavation, LOTO, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the GPLNG Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Actively support site Safety and Health programs and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a visible safety leader in the field, coaching employees and contractors.
