Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Safety Lead - Electrical Construction in Fishers, Indiana. This senior individual-contributor role owns safety across 10–15 active projects, visiting jobsites and coaching field teams to maintain OSHA compliance and best practices.

You will partner with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to develop practical safety solutions, lead investigations, and drive continuous safety improvements on electrical construction sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety or electrical safety roles.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and jobsite safety practices.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Experience conducting inspections, safety audits, investigations, and training.
• Ability to manage safety across multiple active projects and changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of electrical hazards and safe work practices.
• Effective communication with electricians, foremen, project teams, customers, and leadership.
• Strong documentation and incident reporting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites.
• Ability to complete required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary safety professional for the Indianapolis branch, guiding safety leadership for 10–15 active projects.
• Travel to jobsites to inspect conditions and verify OSHA compliance, FSG policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and field personnel to identify hazards and implement solutions.
• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses across electrical construction.
• Lead investigations of injuries and incidents; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain incident documentation and required internal/regulatory reports.
• Ensure OSHA, electrical safety standards, NEC, and company safe-work practices are followed.
• Provide guidance on energized work, PPE, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and equipment safety.
• Develop and improve branch safety programs and training initiatives.
