Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Branch Safety Lead for our Indiana branch to own safety operations across 10–15 active electrical construction projects. The role is field‑heavy, requiring site visits, hazard coaching, training, and investigations to maintain compliant, productive jobsites.

You will partner with project teams and leadership, drive safety performance, and deliver practical solutions while ensuring OSHA and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety, electrical safety, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and jobsite safety practices.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary safety professional for the Indianapolis branch across 10–15 active projects.
• Travel to jobsites to inspect conditions and verify OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify hazards and implement preventive solutions.
• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, investigations, and training activities.
• Maintain incident records and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards.
• Develop and improve branch safety programs and initiatives.
• Deliver safety training to field personnel and supervisors.
