Job summary

Black Box is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead safety on active job sites, enforcing OSHA-compliant policies and guiding teams toward zero-incident goals. You’ll drive the Injury & Illness Prevention Program and maintain rigorous documentation.

This hands-on role requires clear communication, on-site coaching, and the ability to deliver engaging safety training and drills. You’ll collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to embed safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be certified to teach OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses.
• Experience delivering safety training to diverse teams.
• Strong communication and field coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety in the field by implementing policies and enforcing regulations.
• Deliver engaging orientation and safety training programs, including drills.
• Maintain accurate safety records, audits, inspections, and SIPPs as required.
• Lead investigations of injuries/incidents and support related processes.
