Job summary

The PAC Group in the United States is seeking a Commissioning Technician II to lead the onsite deployment, configuration, and commissioning of complex robotic systems in automotive, aerospace, and industrial environments. You will troubleshoot high‑level issues and mentor junior team members while coordinating with multiple trades to ensure installation aligns with safety and quality standards.

Travel is extensive, up to 100% across the U.S. (and possibly Canada).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on robotics or automation experience.
• Strong ability to lead small teams in field settings.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployment and commissioning of robotic systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with multiple trades for installation planning.
• Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to specifications.
• Train Apprentices and Tech IIs; mentor teammates.
• Ensure safety standards and field best practices.
