• Builds and nurtures relationships with childcare centers and families.
• Manages on-site activities and ensures program fidelity.
• Coordinates recruitment, consent, data collection, and participant scheduling.
• Provides on-site and remote support, and training to implementing staff.
• Supports IRB processes and records payments to participants.
