Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years of auditing or quality experience OR field execution experience in electric, gas, or power generation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning, including information gathering, interview schedules, and site visits.
• Prepare audit work packages and checklists, including sampling plans.
• Collect, verify, and analyze information relevant to audit objectives and interfaces between functions.
• Review regulations, standards, procedures, and records for audit scope and criteria.
• Evaluate evidence to determine findings and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate audit progress and results to management and follow up on corrective actions.
• Draft written audit reports describing findings and trends for client review.
• Conduct entrance/exit meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Perform cause analysis and link findings to business objectives.
• Travel to other facilities for audits and meetings up to 60% of time.
