Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Travel extensively and stay on project sites for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, overnight shifts, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale commercial projects.
• Oversee daily jobsite activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and conformance to plans and specs.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and deliveries to maintain progress.
• Maintain and drive project schedules, addressing issues affecting timelines or productivity.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work and verifying compliance with standards.
• Lead jobsite safety efforts, conduct safety meetings, and enforce policies.
• Coordinate inspections, owner walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on execution, changes, cost impacts, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project records, and field documentation.
• Mentor and support field personnel while promoting best practices in safety and quality.
