The role emphasizes collaboration with self-perform teams and trade partners, enforcing procedures, and leading safety conversations on site. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of experience in field engineering or construction management.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred and must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management and development of a field operations team.
• Supervises daily site activities and enforces quality control and safety measures.
• Coordinates delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintains accurate daily logs and progress reports for project activities.
• Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership.
• Participates in safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce accountability.
• Supports field teams and escalates more complex issues as needed.
