Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Arlington, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to lead building and construction operations, oversee production and service of outdoor structures, buildings, and fleet vehicles, and work with the Regional Operations Manager to deliver results on time and within budget.

You will supervise teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with contractors, sales, and finance on pricing and campaigns, manage budget and reporting, and serve as on-call security liaison

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Seven (7)+ years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building and nurturing a team.
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner with internal and external groups (vendors, clients, sales, real estate).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
• Ensures service quality and contract adherence per client requirements.
• Hires, coaches, and builds a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Maintains OSHA/EPA compliance and workplace safety.
• Manages relationships with contractors and suppliers; negotiates rates.
• Uses systems to track and report operational activities.
• Coordinates with real estate on new builds and safety upgrades.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance on pricing and campaigns.
• Plans, budgets, and measures department performance.
• Oversees fleet, cranes, and equipment records.
• Represent the company in inquiries and inspections.
• Acts as on-call contact for building security.
• Other duties as assigned.
