Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, tilt-up, multi-story, or concrete construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage field operations with responsibility for safety, production, quality, manpower, and project execution across multiple jobsites.
• Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor labor productivity, job costs, equipment utilization, and material management to drive project success.
• Coordinate manpower needs across projects and allocate resources where needed to support operational goals.
• Work closely with the Safety Director and field leadership team to reinforce safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular project site visits, safety observations, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction planning, pre-pour meetings, project kickoff meetings, and ongoing operational reviews.
