Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead field teams across multiple commercial construction projects nationwide. You will ensure project execution, safety, quality, staffing, and customer communication while balancing priorities across sites.

This role requires strong field leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and frequent travel to project locations.

Qualifications

Experience leading field operations across multiple projects or sites.
Strong knowledge of construction field operations, safety, and quality control.
Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders and teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate field and office teams.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple field teams and active projects.
Maintain regular communication with field leadership on status, staffing, safety, quality and productivity.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor execution and support field teams.
Assist with workforce planning and allocation based on project needs and schedules.
Resolve field-related challenges involving scheduling, logistics, staffing and customer expectations.
Promote accountability, professionalism, and consistent performance across field operations.
