Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, driving performance, safety, and on-time project delivery. You will coordinate with project executives, SPW leaders, and trade partners to align schedules, resources, and constructability with client priorities.

The role demands a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, 7 years in field roles, and 2–4 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required; OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field operations across multiple projects to drive performance and safety.
• Leads cross-functional teams including project managers, subs, and SPW partners.
• Implements safety, quality, and compliance programs with accountability across field operations.
• Develops and enforces field documentation, productivity metrics, and cost reports.
• Represents field teams in risk assessments and strategic updates with leadership.
