Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and financial health of the operation. You will plan, organize, and direct resources, oversee safety, training, and performance, and collaborate with Sales, Service Quality, and HR to deliver high-value services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 7+ years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies.
• Manage field operations, allocate resources, and control costs to positively affect EBITDA.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with Sales on pricing and bids.
• Provide technical support to field staff and customers before, during, and after jobs.
