Job summary

DecisionPoint seeks a Field Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate field-support operations for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This remote role requires on-call participation and travel to MEPS locations as needed, including Chicago-area candidates.

The Lead will manage technician assignments, outage-recovery support, site-support schedules, and MEPS relocation activities, collaborating with Service Desk, engineering teams, and Government stakeholders.

• Strong technical-team leadership and incident coordination experience.
• Ability to translate rapidly changing operational information into clear assignments.
• Experience coordinating field support for network, equipment, and MEPS relocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day field operations across USMEPCOM Headquarters and MEPS locations.
• Assign technicians based on site requirements, qualifications, workload, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain field-support schedules, rosters, escalation paths, and on-call coverage.
