Worley is seeking a Senior Field Office Coordinator in the USA-Cameron area to oversee field office administration, document control, timekeeping, and project coordination. You will serve as a liaison among project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent with extensive field administrative experience in energy, chemicals, or resources projects.
  • Proven experience in complex administrative coordination, document management, and field office operations on large projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of project systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide guidance to others.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic field environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking in a fast-paced project setting.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced team members in daily tasks and best practices.
