The Transportation Administrative Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of personnel and material movements across project sites. This role supports the safe, timely, and cost-effective transportation of resources, aligning with our broader commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and customer success.
This position operates within dynamic project environments and provides critical support to field operations by managing complex transportation logistics, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams, external vendors, and project leadership.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with substantial administrative experience in transportation or logistics support roles.
In-depth understanding of transportation coordination, vehicle scheduling, and regulatory compliance in large-scale project environments.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining digital and manual recordkeeping systems related to transportation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions within defined procedures and project goals.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and handling shifting demands in a high-paced environment.
